Title: General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation (GSAR); GSAR 2015-G504, Design-Build Selection Procedures 
Abstract:

GSA is proposing to amend the General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation (GSAR) to revise sections of GSAR part 536, Construction and Architect-Engineer Contracts, to incorporate design-build construction contracting policies and procedures. The current FAR and GSAR do not have detailed coverage specific to design-build construction project delivery, although there is some guidance regarding source selection. GSA unique policies on design-build have been previously issued through other means. Incorporating these policies into the GSAR will provide centralized guidance and ensure consistent application of construction project principles across the organization.
