Abstract:

GSA is proposing to amend the Federal Management Regulation (FMR) to update the part of the FMR that addresses facility planning and design by Federal agencies. This will update the list of governing authorities, eliminate language that duplicates authority sources and is therefore unnecessary, and clarify wording throughout the part to improve readability. This part was last revised on February 8, 2007.
