Abstract:

GSA is amending General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation (GSAR) to remove internal agency procedures regarding individual and class deviations from the GSAR. GSA is publishing this direct final rule without a prior proposed rule because this is a noncontroversial action, and GSA anticipates no significant adverse comments.
