Abstract:
GSA is amending General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation (GSAR) to remove regulations that are duplicative of the Federal Acquisition Regulation at subsection 9.105-1 for obtaining performance information from other Government personnel for prospective contractors. GSA is publishing this direct final rule without a prior proposed rule because this is a noncontroversial action, and GSA anticipates no significant adverse comments. |
