Abstract:
The General Services Administration (GSA), Office of Civil Rights (OCR) is amending its rules to migrate GSA's Age Act regulations from the Federal Property Management Regulations (FPMR) (41 CFR 101) to its new location in the Federal Management Regulations (FMR). The Age Act regulation for Federal Financial Assistance (FFA) programs only applies to GSA. |
