Title: ● FTR Case 2025-06, Updating Tax Treatments for Various Relocation Expenses 
Abstract:

The General Services Administration (GSA) is amending the Federal Travel Regulation (FTR) to remove the expiration date in 41 CFR part 302-17 related to the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017.  GSA is also adding a provision reflecting the exemption for members of the Intelligence Community as defined in section 3 of the National Security Act of 1947 (50 U.S.C. 3003) from taxes on moving expenses.
