Abstract:
The General Services Administration (GSA) is proposing to amend the General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation (GSAR) to return it to its statutory and Executive order origins where applicable, rewriting it in plain language, and retaining policies for sound procurements. The rule will implement Executive Order 14275, Restoring Common Sense to Federal Procurement, issued April 15, 2025 and includes proposed revisions to GSAR parts 541, Acquisition of Utility Services. |
