Title: Preservation and Protection of and Access to the Presidential Historical Materials of the Nixon Administration 
Abstract:

NARA proposes to revise this regulation to update provisions in accord with recent developments, including completion of processing partial tape segments, as directed by section 6 of the Kutler settlement agreement (Appendix A of 36 CFR 1275).  The proposed changes are primarily administrative and focus on changes to certain access and notice provisions currently in the regulations.
