Abstract:

Rule Description - 36 CFR Part 1213 lays out NARA’s general procedures that apply to guidance documents. These guidance procedures were required by EO 13891, which was later rescinded by EO 13992. NARA proposes to rescind 36 CFR 1213 as the underlying authority was rescinded. EO 14219 Justification - The underlying authority for these regulations was rescinded by later EO.
