Title: Re-issuance of Statutory Firewall and Highest Standards of Professional Journalism 
Abstract:

The United States Agency for Global Media is looking to effectuate the reissuance of regulations to further describe and implement the statutory firewall found in 22 U.S.C. 6202 and 22 U.S.C. 6204(b) that protects the editorial independence of USAGM broadcast networks and grantees. Please note that this RIN was previously reported as 3112-AA03. The Agency wishes to note that a final rule or regulations on this matter may ultimately be promulgated by the International Broadcasting Advisory Board under their independent authority.
