Abstract:
The United States Agency for Global Media (USAGM) proposes to rescind in full its Sunshine Act regulations to reflect that it is no longer subject to this Act due to the Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG) being replaced by USAGM per the FY 17 National Defense Authorization Act. |
