Abstract:

This proposed rule will establish procedures for the public to obtain information from the Federal Permitting Improvement Steering Council (Permitting Council) pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552, and the Privacy Act, 5 U.S.C. 552a.
