Abstract:
The Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) proposes to modify its regulations governing awards of attorney fees in actions before the MSPB. The proposed rule will clarify the factors the MSPB will use to determine when an attorney fee award is in the interest of justice and the evidence the requesting attorney must submit to substantiate the requested fees. |
