Title: ●Use of Sample Data for Low-Income Designation 
Abstract: For credit unions that do not qualify for a low-income designation using the NCUA’s geo-coding software, NCUA is considering whether to permit credit unions to submit a statistically valid sample of actual data on member income. NCUA is considering proposing amendments to address the parameters for a statistically valid sample, such as size of the sample data and margin of error.
