Abstract:
NCUA revised its part 710 voluntary liquidation rules to: (1) Clarify that voluntarily liquidating credit unions can distribute funds by mail, wire, or other means; (2) permit credit unions to send liquidation plans and notices electronically; and (3) update publication and distribution requirements. |
