| Title: Benefits for Employees of Federal Credit Unions | |
|
Abstract:
The NCUA previously considered updating section 701.19 of NCUA's regulations regarding how a federal credit union may invest to fund its employee benefits obligations. The NCUA has since determined to issue this information as a supervisory guidance instead of a rulemaking to provide additional flexibility to federal credit unions. |
