Abstract:

The NCUA Board proposes to amend its regulations governing the responsibilities of the Supervisory Committee to obtain an annual audit of its credit union.  The proposal responds to the NCUA's 2017 Regulatory Reform Task Force and will provide added flexibility to credit unions.
