Title: Federal Credit Union Bylaws (Member Expulsion) 
Abstract:

The NCUA Board amended its regulations to implement the Credit Union Governance Modernization Act of 2022 (Governance Modernization Act). The rule amends the federal credit union bylaws.  The public comment period ended on December 2, 2022, and the Board issued a final rule to adopt the proposal, as required by the Governance Modernization Act.
