| Title: ●Chartering of De Novo Credit Unions | |
|
Abstract:
The NCUA is considering inviting public comment on a proposal to simplify the process for the chartering of new federal credit unions (sometimes referred to as de novo credit unions). The proposed rule would update the existing process to improve the quality of applications and reduce processing time for both applicants and NCUA staff. |
