The Appraisal Subcommittee of the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council is revising its regulations governing the practice and procedure of temporary waiver proceedings to lessen administrative burdens by reducing the word count to enhance clarity and decreasing the overall number of rules in subpart A of 12 CFR part 1102.
