|
Abstract:
The Appraisal Subcommittee of the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council is streamlining its regulation governing the practice and procedure of temporary waiver proceedings to reduce administrative burdens. This involves reducing the word count to improve clarity and decreasing the overall number of rules in subpart A of 12 CFR part 1102.
