Abstract:

The National Mediation Board (NMB or Board) is revising its existing rules on certain procedures relating to representation disputes under the Railway Labor Act. The revisions will clarify and simplify the steps necessary to invoke the Board’s services and to help the Board determine employee choice of representative.
