Abstract:

The National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC or Commission) is considering revising its fees regulations to ensure uniformity within the agency and provide clarity to the industry. Changes are designed to provide certainty in the Commission’s current operations planning, to ensure uniformity in the interpretation of this section, and for other purposes related to the scope of this section.
