Abstract:
The National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC or Commission) is considering amending the substantial violation identified in 25 CFR 573.4(a)(12) to provide that closure for a tribe’s failure to construct and operate its gaming operation in a manner that adequately protects the environment, public health, and safety include issues related to cyber-security. |
