| Title: ●Time Computation for Administrative Appeals | |
|
Abstract:
The National Indian Gaming Commission seeks to revise regulation so that it clearly and concisely states how to compute due dates in administrative appeals. At present, the regulation is confusing, which burdens all parties in an administrative appeal, potentially leading to mistakes with serious consequences, such as missing appeal filing deadlines. |
