Title: Availability of Records and Information 
Abstract: Revision of part 612 will incorporate the provisions of the Open FOIA Act of 2009 which amends Exemption 3 and addresses a range of policy and procedural issues impacting FOIA administration. The Foundation anticipates adding an additional component for FOIA requests, providing for multitrack processing by component, reducing duplication fees, and making changes that clarify procedures or processes.
