Title: ●Revision of Regulations Related to Nondiscrimination in Federally Assisted Programs of the National Science Foundation 
Abstract:

The National Science Foundation (NSF) is revising its Title VI regulations in the Code of Federal Regulations.  The NSF is taking this action in light of Executive Order 14281, Restoring Equality of Opportunity and Meritocracy, and the Department of Justice’s Final Rule to rescind portions of Department of Justice Title VI regulations.
