Title: Minor Edits to 49 CFR Parts 800, 803, and 804 
Abstract:

In the interest of economy and efficiency, the NTSB merged several RINs (3147-AA08, 3147-AA09) into this RIN (3147-AA03). On November 1, 2016, the NTSB published a Final Rule, effective November 1, 2016, updating outdated terms and information in 49 CFR parts 800, 803, and 804. The NTSB found good cause under 5 U.S.C. 553(b) to publish a Final Rule. The public was previously advised, in a June 25, 2012, Federal Register notice that the NTSB planned to revise its existing rules, and the revisions to parts 800, 803, and 804 were technical, minor, and not substantive.
