Title: Rules Implementing the Government in the Sunshine Act 
Abstract:

The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) plans to revise 49 CFR part 804, which contains regulations concerning the NTSB’s compliance with the Government in the Sunshine Act. The NTSB plans to make nonsubstantive revisions to outdated information. In the interest of economy and efficiency, the NTSB has merged this RIN (AA08) and RIN 3147-AA09 into RIN 3147-AA03 to issue a single Final Rule containing similar minor edits to parts 800, 803, and 804. See RIN 3147-AA03 for all future activities related to minor edits to those parts.
