Title: Rules Implementing the Privacy Act of 1974 
Abstract:

The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) plans to revise 49 CFR part 802, which contains regulations concerning the NTSB’s compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974. The NTSB’s proposed revisions will update various terms and other outdated information. In the interest of economy and efficiency, the NTSB has since merged this RIN (AA10) and several other RINs (AA07, AA14) into RIN 3147-AA06, and decided to issue a single NPRM making similar technical, nonsubstantive revisions to parts 801, 802, 806, and 807 in 49 CFR chapter VIII. See RIN 3147-AA06 for all future activities related to minor edits for these parts.
