Abstract:

The NTSB plans to add to 49 CFR part 801 ("Public Availability of Information") subpart H, which will prescribe regulations for handling sensitive security information that the NTSB may obtain in connection with an accident investigation or other function of the Board. New subpart H to part 801 was previously identified in RIN 3147-AA14, which was since partially merged with RIN 3147-AA06 and split into this RIN (AA17). See this RIN (AA17) for all future activities related to part 801, subpart H.
