Title: Design Certification for System 80+ 
Abstract: The final rule amended the Commission's regulations by certifying the System 80+ standard design in accordance with the requirements of part 52. An applicant for a combined license that references the certified design is now assured of receiving an approval for the portion of the design that was approved in the certification rulemaking. This amendment references the design control document (DCD) and sets forth the process for changing information in the DCD.
