Title: Debt Collection Procedures 
Abstract: The final rule amends the Commission's regulations concerning the procedures that the NRC uses to collect debts that are owed to it. The final rule conforms NRC regulations to the amended procedures presented in the Federal Claims Collection Standards issued by the Department of the Treasury and the Department of Justice, and the legislative changes enacted in the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996.
