Title: Industry Codes and Standards; Amended Requirements 
Abstract: The final rule amends the Commission's regulations to incorporate by reference the 2004 Edition of Division 1 rules in section III "Rules for Construction of Nuclear Power Plant Components" of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (ASME BPV Code); the 2004 Edition of Division 1 rules in section XI "Rules for Inservice Inspection of Nuclear Power Plant Components" of the ASME BPV Code; and the 2004 Edition of the ASME Code for Operation and Maintenance of Nuclear Power Plants (OM Code).
