Title: Geologic Repository Operations Area Security and Material Control and Accounting Requirements [NRC-2007-0670] 
Abstract:

The proposed rule would amend the Commission's regulations that would establish post September 11, 2001, security and material control and accounting requirements for a geologic repository operations area (GROA) to reflect the current threat environment.  Due to budget constraints in the High-Level Waste program, this rule has been deferred per Commission direction.
