Title: Limiting the Quantity of Byproduct Material in a Generally Licensed Device [NRC-2008-0272] 
Abstract: The proposed rule would amend the Commission's regulations to limit the quantity of byproduct material contained in a generally licensed devices to below one-tenth (1/10) of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Category 3 thresholds. The rule also would modify the compatibility categories contained in the current regulations (10 CFR 31.5 and 31.6) from "B" to "C."
