Abstract:
The proposed rule would amend the Commission's regulations to reinstate the alcohol and drug provisions of the fitness-for-duty requirements to a GROA. The rulemaking would also impose fatigue provisions on security personnel at a GROA. This proposed rule is deferred until such time as funding for geologic disposal activities is available. |
