Title: Variable Annual Fee Structure for Power Reactors [NRC-2008-0664] 
Abstract: The advanced notice of proposed rulemaking (ANPRM) was published seeking comments from the public on a possible variable fee structure for part 171 annual fees for power reactors based on licensed power limits. In SECY-09-0137 (October 13, 2009), the Commission approved the staff’s recommendation to establish an NRC workgroup to analyze suggested methodologies for a variable annual fee structure for power reactors.
