Abstract: The proposed rule would amend the Commission's medical use regulations in part 35 as requested in the Division of Materials Safety and State Agreements user need memos, consider training and experience requirements requested in Petition for Rulemaking, PRM-35-20, and revise preceptor attestation requirements.
