| Title: Fitness-for-Duty (HHS Requirements) [NRC-2009-0225] | |
|
Abstract:
The proposed rule would amend the Commission's regulations to enhance technical provisions associated with 10 CFR part 26 drug testing requirements and improve the alignment of these requirements with the guidance issued by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). The rule would enhance consistency with technical advances implemented in similar rules issued by the U.S. Departments of Transportation, Energy, and Defense. This rulemaking will align the NRC's drug testing provisions in 10 CFR part 26 with those of other Federal agencies. |
