Title: Sabotage of Nuclear Facilities, Fuel or Designated Material [NRC-2009-0227] 
Abstract: Section 655 of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 requires the NRC to implement requirements for criminal sanctions for sabotage of commercial nuclear facilities, fuel, and Commission designated material or property not previously covered. The staff is developing the proposed rule to implement these requirements. Additional classes of radioactive material or property not specifically mandated in the statute may be included in this rulemaking.
