Abstract:
Section 655 of the Energy Policy Act of 2005, requires the NRC to implement requirements for criminal sanctions for sabotage of commercial nuclear facilities, fuel, and Commission-designated material or property not previously covered. Additional classes of radioactive material or property not specifically mandated in the statute may be included in this rulemaking. |
