Abstract:
This rule would determine whether byproduct material facilities such as hospitals, academic facilities, and other types of facilities warrant criminal sanctions under the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 as amended (AEA) for the wrongful introduction of weapons and sabotage. The Commission has discontinued action on this rulemaking. |
