Title: Incorporation by Reference of Revisions of ASME Regulatory Guides 
Abstract: The proposed rule would amend the Commission’s regulations to incorporate by reference the latest revisions of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Cases pertaining to RG 1.84 "Design, Fabrication, and Materials Code Case Acceptability, ASME Section III," Revision 36; RG 1.147 "In-Service Inspection Code Case Acceptability, ASME Section XI, Division 1," Revision 17; and RG 1.192 "Operation and Maintenance Code Case Acceptability, ASME OM Code," Revision 1.  This rulemaking would incorporate by reference the latest revisions of incorporated regulatory guides (RGs) approving new and revised Code Cases published by the ASME as alternatives to requirements in the ASME BPV regarding the construction and in-service inspection off nuclear power plant components.
