Abstract: The direct final rule amends the Commission's regulations by revising the NAC International, Inc. (NAC), NAC-MPC System listing within the "List of Approved Spent Fuel Storage Casks" to include Amendment No. 6 to Certificate of Compliance Number 1025. Amendment No. 6 includes changes to the configuration of the NAC-MPC storage system as noted in appendix B of the Technical Specifications.
