Abstract: The direct final rule amends the Commission's regulations by adding the HI-STORM Flood/Wind cask system to the List of Approved Spent Fuel Storage Casks to add Certificate of Compliance No. 1032. This direct final rule allows the holders of power reactor operating licenses to store spent fuel in this approved cask system under a general license.
