Title: List of Approved Spent Fuel Storage Casks: Transnuclear, Inc., Standardized Advanced NUHOMS® Horizontal Modular Storage System, Amendment 3 [NRC-2013-0271] 
Abstract:

The direct final rule would amend the Commission's regulations by revising the Transnuclear, Inc., Standardized Advanced NUHOMS® Horizontal Modular Storage System listing within the "List of Approved Spent Fuel Storage Casks" to include Amendment No. 3 to Certificate of Compliance No. 1029. The direct final rule allows holders of power reactor operating licensees to store spent fuel in this approved cask system under a general license. Amendment 3 adds a new transportable dry shielded canister, 32PTH2, to the NUHOMS®Storage System, and to make editorial corrections to the certificate of compliance.
