Abstract:

The direct final rule amends the Commission's regulations by revising the Holtec International HI-STORM FW System, listing to include Amendment 1 to the Certificate of Compliance No. 1032. The amendment adds a new heat loaded pattern, broadens backfill pressure range, updates certain definitions, and provides editorial correction.
