Title: ●Merchant (Non-Electric Utility) Plant Financial Qualifications [NRC-2014-0161]  
Abstract:

This rulemaking would amend the Commission's regulations to conform the reactor financial qualifications requirements to 10 CFR part 70 standards.  The Commission's nuclear power plant financial qualifications demonstration requirements for initial license issuance would be amended to permit the inclusion of a license condition to assure applicant financial qualifications reflecting revised standards for review.
