Title: Spent Fuel Reprocessing [NRC-2015-0016] 
Abstract:

This rule would establish a framework for regulating reprocessing facilities.  The development of the framework is limited in scope to the resolution of Gap 5, "Safety and Risk Assessment Methodologies and Considerations for a Reprocessing Facility," (SECY-09-0082, "Update on Reprocessing Regulatory Framework-Summary of Gap Analysis," ADAMS Accession No. ML091520280).
